HUGHES & COLEMAN HOMETOWN HERO: LAURA ORSLAND
One woman's goal to help her son has transformed into a dream to create a launching pad for all adults with disabilities in our area. Laura Orsland created the HIVE, and this month, it celebrates its first birthday. As part of that celebration, we honor Laura as this week's Hughes and Coleman Hometown Hero.

A Bowling Green nonprofit received the keys to a place they have called home for several years.
The Hive rented their building off of U.S. 31 Bypass from WKU, but as of Thursday morning, the property is officially the Hive’s. The property originally was owned by Western Kentucky University
