All programming staff at The HIVE have completed Green Dot Training, equipping them to proactively prevent and respond to situations involving harm. Additionally, all HIVE staff are certified in CPI Verbal Intervention, ensuring they are trained to support individuals using safe, respectful, and de-escalation-focused approaches.
